- Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and the Service Group, fostering proactive, dynamic, and effective communication with both internal and external customers to ensure their needs are understood and met.
- Serve as the business expert on both internal and external software development teams, advocating for the interests of business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and document all software requirements, leading discovery phase meetings to define scope definitions and project objectives.
- Facilitate testing processes and provide end-user support for software initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and user satisfaction.
- Support the Service Group by addressing first-line software issues and providing training as needed.
- Identify unmet internal customer needs and develop innovative concepts and solutions to address them.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in technology relevant to the Service Group's daily operations.
- Develop processes, data analytics, and communication strategies to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of the Service Group.
- Oversee all process automation initiatives within Cannistraro Service to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Years of experience: 3+
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and assist both internal and external customers through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, emails, and written correspondence.

We are looking for a Business Technologist to join our IT Group The Business Technologist is responsible for the development and implementation of technology-driven initiatives and operational procedures within the Service Group. This will include training the service team members in the group's technology usage and working closely with the VP of Service, Director of Information Technology, and Manager of Applications and Automations, to ensure the fulfillment or surpassing of expectations. They will align technology strategies and solutions with the overall business objectives and requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technological advancements to effectively drive efficiency and growth.

Physical Requirements
