The opportunity


Enterprise Technology's CRM Sales Excellence group enables high quality service delivery to Global Markets stakeholders through the strategic use of technology and in coordination with Mercury, CDW, MDM, PACE and AEM teams.

The services produced will coordinate with go-to-market programs at an area and global level.

Your key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the future strategy for product enhancements through deep understanding of the future of Dynamics 36
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements.
  • Ensuring that requirements are clear and well documented.
  • Ensuring that project rigor is in place for the planning, status reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
  • Implementing leading practices for user experience, platform configurations, license management, and business processes.
  • Highlighting/identifying potential gaps in existing functionality or processes and working with stakeholders to find and implement solutions
  • Liaising with developers to determine feasibility, estimate effort, and plan sprints appropriately
  • Coordinating with business units to create and deliver occasional training sessions to end users
  • Provides guidance and performance evaluation of junior staff members
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Senior communication capability required with Global Markets, Service Line and ET leadership. The role also requires relationship management skills to influence and motivate resources from ET that will not be direct reports.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Understanding and knowledge of CRM processes and systems would be a distinct advantage. Any prior knowledge or experience of Dynamics 365 preferred. Extensive use and experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira or a similar technology highly desirable.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
  • 3+ years of BA experience with any of CRM platforms is preferred
  • 3+ Years of CRM Support Experience
  • 3+ Years Data Analysis Experience
  • Well versed in SQL and Relational Databases
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution
  • Agile SAFe certified, or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High motivated, selfdirected individual with the ability to work independently Strong project management capabilities with ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus.
  • Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project.

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $133,300 to $249,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $160,000 to $283,300.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
