What You Will Do:


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve day-to-day issues in the financial aid office
  • Provide financial aid counseling to students and families via teleconference when frontline staff are unavailable or if escalation is needed
  • Represent the financial aid office in department/division meetings
  • Handle financial aid processing tasks, such as:
  • Import and review ISIR records in the Ellucian Colleague system
  • Manage COD files, verification, corrections, award letters, and disbursement processes
  • Run necessary reports for financial aid operations
  • Manage Title IV aid adjustments and processes like professional judgments and appeals
  • Assist with scholarship awarding, state grants, and campus-based aid
  • Conduct R2T4 processing and reports
  • Update financial aid policies and procedures
  • Handle FISAP reporting, PPA updates, and Ellucian Colleague financial aid module setup

Years of Experience:


  • 3+ years in a Higher Education Financial Aid environment

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's degree
