    Description


    Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is looking for a Quality Engineer to serve as a necessary bridge between engineering, manufacturing and customer support.

    The X-ES Quality team maintains and implements the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards.
    Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee internal process audits and assess non-conformance.

    Facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Facilitate the definition, documentation and revision of procedures and work instructions related to all company functions.

    Compile and analyze performance metrics, and provide management with suggestions for improvement.
    Represent the company as point of contact for vendor and customer quality departments, including on-site audits.

    Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Quality Management / Quality Assurance, or a related field.

    Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    Computer proficiency with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    Self-motivated with the ability to organize and complete work with minimal supervision.

    Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.Desired QualificationsDemonstrated experience with ISO 9001:2015 or another Quality Management System preferred.

    AS9100 experience a plus.
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required, with technical writing and editing experience preferred.
