    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Able to perform Capability Studies and familiar with CP/CPK and Use of SPC
    • Understanding of Blue prints and familiar with Geometric tolerance, True position
    • Familiar with ISO standards, MSA, IPPAAR/PPAP, Gage R&R, Customer Requirements
    • Familiar with Gauging and gauge Design and calibration
    • Able to work with CMM measurement machines and help with CMM programming
    • Understanding of Corrective actions and Root cause analysis
    • Perform measurements using various gauges
    • Leader skills and setting priorities actual participation and not just directing (Multi tasking)
    • Investigate customer concerns including measurement of reported concerns
    • Able to interpret data and recommend course of actions needed
    • Assist with PFMEA, Control Plans, and work instructions
    • Efficient with Excel and various computer software systems
    • Understanding of machining processes and Casting process
    • Submission of IPPAAR/P-PAP to various customers
    • Accuracy of Data
    • Presentation of Data and hold meetings with staff
    • Good communication skills
    • Good record retention and organization
    • Understanding of Safety requirements and importance
    • Meeting schedules and good planning to cover gaps
    • Audit of processes and recommend improvements
    • Good work ethics and attendance
    • Lead by example

    Salary Description

    $46,988-$66,186
