Position Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Tracking, ordering, and maintenance of office supplies, food, beverage, and contracts related to each.
  • Mail handling, sorting, scanning, storage, and destruction.
  • Coordinate & schedule meeting space logistics and prepare materials for meetings, calls, and events.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for in/out of state Renovo team members.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
  • Create, revise, and edit written materials as needed.
  • Maintain notes on key followups and stay engaged with related ELT members to ensure completion.
  • Provide support in the planning, coordination, and execution of onsite team events with HR and the Marketing team and outside vendors.
  • Interact and maintain a positive working relationship among all levels within the Renovo team.
  • Assist with submission of expense reports for members of the ELT team as needed.
  • First point of contact for any office visitors and new hires onsite for day 1 onboarding.
  • Manage The Franklin building visitor access site.
  • Assume other clerical and admin duties as needed.
  • College degree or 3+ years' experience in similar role
  • Able to be onsite at the office 5 days a week.

From $60,000.00 per year
