- Participate or lead project teams.
- Manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets.
- Guide consultants through project development.
- Complete roadway design tasks using various software programs.
- Develop designs for transportation projects.
- Conduct engineering studies and provide technical recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Experience in civil engineering principles and transportation regulations.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid Professional Engineer's license.
- Ability to coach and train others.
- Experience with roadway safety, design criteria, and construction methods.
