To strengthen our sales team, we are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) who shares our passion for high-quality windows, doors, and shutters.

In this position, you will play an important role in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing business relationships.

Your responsibilities:

Active acquisition of new customers in the field of windows, doors, shutters, and more
Support and consultation of existing customers, including creating offers and processing orders
Market observation and identification of new sales opportunities
Building and maintaining a reliable network with architects, construction companies, and other relevant partners
Participation in trade fairs and events to present our products
Conducting sales conversations and negotiations at a high professional level
Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, and production

Your profile:

Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or a similar environment
Indepth knowledge of windows, doors, and shutters and their technical properties
Strong sales and negotiation skills
High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Selfmotivation, commitment, and assertiveness
Proficient in MS Office and CRM
