Your Responsibilities

As a
Team Lead Inside Sales (International Business) w/m/d, you will play a crucial role in leading a team in our newly established
International Business Support Team in providing quote-to-cash services to some of our largest clients worldwide.


Your tasks will include:

  • Leadership responsibility, including motivating colleagues, their development and coaching, as well as recruiting new team members
  • Improving the customer experience by meeting the needs of our clients
  • Developing solutions for customer escalations/requests to avoid disruptions and minimize impact on the business
  • Supporting the team in efficiently handling inquiries and orders
  • Driving continuous improvements by ensuring optimal internal processes
  • Collaborating with key business areas to meet growing customer demands
  • Supporting companywide processes and tools and participating in global projects

Your Profile

  • Leadership experience in a team lead role in inside sales and a good understanding of the IT industry
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to handle customer escalations in a timely and effective manner
  • Experience with ERP platforms, Salesforce, and common MS Office applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
