We are currently looking for you as a specialist in IT operations and support (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG at our Leipzig location.
Your tasks:
  • As a specialist in IT operations and support, you ensure the compliant operation of regional applications - this includes, among other things, the proper assessment of application protection requirements, risk management, and user management
  • You are responsible for managing internal and external service providers and ensuring compliance with contractually agreed services
  • You are the first point of contact for users and inform them about updates, provide advice on questions, and mediate in case of problems
  • You also ensure the recording of all regional IT assets and ensure the accuracy of asset management
  • In this context, you are also responsible for dismantling infrastructure at all locations, such as workshops, deployment sites, and regional headquarters
  • In the event of IT security incidents, you are the first point of contact and liaison to the regional headquarters - you also organize regional IT emergency
