Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multifamily property management sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.


Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in the Business Development Manager role or similar role.

Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the multifamily property management industry.

Strong understanding of multifamily property management operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

Self-motivated and results -oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.

Willingness to travel as needed
