Our client is a successful system partner for many renowned customers from various industries. The company specializes in the development of automation solutions and manufactures large industrial robots and systems. The company is part of a large group, which allows them the flexibility of a medium-sized company while also providing stability and security as part of a larger corporation.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the design team both technically and professionally
  • Leading development projects for automation processes and solutions
  • Assisting with strategic topics
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Hands-on support in development and technical matters

Your Skills:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of experience in mechanical design
  • Previous leadership experience (through coordination or technical leadership)
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SolidWorks
  • Experience in the automation industry
