Your Responsibilities

  • Your main tasks will include handling commercial transactions, as well as tasks related to order processing and invoicing.
  • You will be responsible for independently documenting and regularly communicating with internal and external contacts.
  • Additionally, you will receive and forward complaints.
  • You will diligently review exportrelated documents and customer approvals.
  • You will not only maintain customer contacts, but also develop them further.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Previous experience in sales support and technical understanding is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills
