THE POSITION
Are you an employment lawyer considering a change in pace? We're working with an AmLaw 100 firm, specifically their Chambers-ranked California employment group, on an off-track attorney role in Los Angeles. With a billable hour target, you'd have the opportunity to maintain a sophisticated employment practice while taking your hours down a notch. You can also work remotely (within California) The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of labor & employment experience, and must be able to manage cases independently, argue motions in court, take and defend depositions, and communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel. This group defends employers in complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions, PAGA actions, employment discrimination class actions, and complex whistleblower matters. California bar membership is required.
