    Job Title: Field Application Engineer

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)

    $120-140k+ annually plus expenses & incentives

    The Position

    · Provide expert-level technical support to customers, assisting them in the integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of our hardware products.

    · Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and ensure our hardware solutions meet their needs.

    · Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our hardware solutions.

    · Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and addressing customer inquiries.

    · Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hardware product portfolio, including specifications, features, and applications.

    · Stay current of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively advise customers on optimal hardware solutions.

    · Engage with customers, including engineers, designers, and decision-makers, to build strong relationships and understand their technical challenges and objectives.

    · Conduct meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.

    · Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by customers, collaborating with internal engineering teams to find effective solutions.

    · Analyze hardware designs, review schematics, and troubleshoot to ensure successful implementation.

    · Conduct training sessions for customers on the use and integration of our hardware products.

    · Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and other materials to assist customers in the implementation of hardware solutions.

    · Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, gathering feedback on product performance, reliability, and features.

    Qualifications

    · BSEE degree or equivalent

    · Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

    · Experience using Test & Measurement devices such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, Data Acquisition Systems, Reflectometers or similar equipment

    · High Speed Serial Data Transmitter and Receiver Test Experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: PCI Express, USB, DisplayPort HDMI, DDR

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    · Up to 60% travel

    · The job involves travel throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico
