At Jason Laube - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers in the community and promote various insurance products such as auto, home, and life insurance.

    Responsibilities

    • Use a customer-focused approach to guide customers on insurance options.
    • Collaborate with the agent to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Generate leads, set appointments, understand customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

    Requirements

    • Prior sales experience preferred
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
    • Passionate about insurance and financial products' role in people's lives
    • Self-driven and detail-oriented
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
    • Property and Casualty license required (or obtainable)
    • Life and Health license required (or obtainable)
