    Job DescriptionPosition Overview
    A local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing and qualified professional who enjoys working with the public. An energetic professional interested in helping grow a business and being looked at as an advisor in the community An intelligent person who can multitask under pressure and desires a high-income potential The Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member position will assist in developing business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience.     Job Details
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers.
    • Make proposals to potential clients. (In-person & on the phone)
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based processes to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Outbound calling to current & new potential clients.
    • Set appointments

    Job Requirements
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • Extremely self-motivated & able to work in a team environment
    • Maintain a positive & strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
    • Must be very well organized, and able to multitask in high pressure situations
    • Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health licensing
