    Position Summary:

    The Contractor Sales Representative is responsible for developing a sales territory through prospecting new accounts, developing new customer base and customer retention This position is responsible for growth throughout the Northern Fairfield/Litchfield counties. Travel throughout Connecticut is required.

    Your Role:

    • Prospect new customers and develop new accounts.
    • Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
    • Develop and implement sound selling strategies.
    • Present and promote all USA/All American's services to prospects and existing customers.
    • Collaborate with the Manager on any situation that may seem out of the ordinary regarding price and/or service.
    • Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction.
    • Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
    • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

    Desired Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • 5 years' experience in outside sales (experience in waste removal preferred)
    • Demonstrated clerical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office
    • Must have a current driver's license and own vehicle.
