This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting and executing the sales strategy and assigned sales revenue goals for customer accounts that will drive moderate business/financial impact and will represent full portfolio solutions for customers within defined geography.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prospect new business by maintaining a high level of revenue generating activity
  • Maintain and grow revenue for assigned base of business by increasing share of customer wallet through cross selling and upselling
  • Prospect on lead lists or targeted sales lists for team opportunity creation
  • Executing and maximizing contract renewals through contract retention sales strategies
  • Identify additional opportunities beyond limited portfolio options
  • Grow revenue by acquiring new accounts
  • Use sales enablement tools to build pipeline and execute steps of the sales process from beginning to end
  • Properly position Marco solutions in assigned territory and account segment
  • Develop Marco's solutions sales acumen and competency
  • Manage approx. 500 prospects
  • Execute new (small) contract sales
  • Execute new product line sales
  • Execute new sales above revenue threshold
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance and an acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
  • Self-starter, ability to plan and implement territory sales strategy with limited supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Highly organized, ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activity.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to operate with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate ability to deal effectively and professionally with all types of people and situations.
  • Proficient with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications and company specific programs.
