Position Overview:

The Business Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning and Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

2.Budget Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

3.Team Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task distribution. Lead teams through the project lifecycle and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

4.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for project communications, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

5.Quality Assurance: Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and are in line with stakeholder expectations.

6.Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and objectives.

7.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project reports and documentation, ensuring all project information is appropriately documented and secured.

8.Process Improvement: Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, particularly within a business or corporate setting.

Strong understanding of business processes and strategy development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Personal Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project scopes and situations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that business projects are executed efficiently, meeting the desired outcomes and adding value to the organization.
