General Contractor Seeks Project Manager Addison, TXWe are industry leading general contractor that has been in business for over 50 years We specialize in educational and commercial construction projects, and we're looking for people who want to build long-term careers with us In return, we offer:

Base salary up to 120k-150k DOE$700 car allowance$100 cell phoneHealth, Dental, Vision Opportunity to excel your career with an industry leaderWho you are:Experience as a Project ManagerExperience working at a general contractorExperience with k-12 projects Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate and control costsHigh degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditionsWhat you will be doing:Write project scopes of work for subcontractorsMeets with Estimator to review projectReviews construction drawings to bid setContacts client's project manager to confirm start up requirementsPrepares and distributes construction scheduleConducts job start meeting on site with all sub-contractors and personnelAddresses unforeseen field issues with project SuperintendentGenerates weekly updated budgets with projections including all associated costs to complete.

Reviews projections in relation to estimating budgetProvides Bookkeeping with percentages of completion and all approved change order for invoicingReview and complete all project close-out requirementsBenefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
