Note :
Advanced java development skills is required to qualify for this role.

This role is contract to hire and onsite from Day 1 with 2 days (Tues & Thursdays) in a week in office.

Due to a recent increase in misrepresentation during the interview process, has implemented a new policy that requires a candidate's headshot on the front page of the resume to be considered.

Responsibilities

Prepare test approach Prepare test cases and scripts (including automated test scripts as needed)

Update the scripts for any application changes during the duration of this Statement of Work Perform test execution using the prepared test scripts and provide daily status reports during test execution Perform UAT activities, if applicable Maintain test statistics (including execution rate)

Prepare Post Test Report Perform Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Updates

Perform Project Strategy Updates Facilitate Customer's review of test work products and update the test work products based upon Customer's feedback Log, track and close defects in ClearQuest Participate in status review meetings, update the testing and process compliance status and provide weekly status reports

Maintain Work Breakdown Structure in ITG Provide necessary inputs to Customer pertaining to effort and schedule estimation for assigned tasks

Maintain Project Configuration Management Track test management metrics

Qualifications

Advanced java development skills with significant experience applying those skills in test environments.

Extensive experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment in collaboration with BAs, product owners and application developers.

Ability to develop, maintain, enhance and execute complex automated scripts using Selenium.

Deep knowledge of automation at all software layers (e.g. UI, services, APIs, etc.) as well as CI/CD technologies (e.g. Cloudbees, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, JUnit, Jira, etc.).

Able to interpret technical designs and specifications and design automated solutions accordingly.

Experience implementing QA testing frameworks as well as contributing to the improvement of frameworks by designing advanced automated solutions using current tools and techniques.

Ability to develop automated test strategies for projects, provide status to stakeholders and drive strategies to completion.

Experienced in mentoring more junior QA engineers, verifying work products and providing guidance as needed.

Capable of working on multiple work streams concurrently in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking and context switching.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence representing QA principles within agile teams.
