This role is considered seasonal through October

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Assist guests with reservations for marinas and campgrounds, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong rapport with guests, actively listening to their needs and providing relevant information and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all marina and campground facilities, amenities, and services.
  • Effectively manage guest inquiries, issues, and complaints, striving for timely resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marina's onsite team to coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate guest interactions and transaction records in various management systems.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the team.


All other duties perform all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.


About You:


  • Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and connect with guests.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address diverse guest inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in reservation management and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments.
  • Empathy and patience in handling guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Knowledge of boating, camping, and outdoor recreational activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Techsavviness and proficiency in using reservation management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
