We are a housing cooperative that provides its members with a good, secure, social, and environmentally friendly housing offer. Since [year], we have been building and managing state-subsidized rental apartments and annually increasing our stock of affordable housing for citizens with low and middle incomes in the district of Ebersberg.

In planning and implementing new construction projects, we work closely with the district office and responsible officials from the respective municipalities to best meet the demand for housing. We pay attention to good architecture, functional floor plans, and our self-imposed goals of promoting community, environment, and sustainability.

We create a home for a community that unites different income groups and lifestyles. We promote comfortable living for seniors and create structures for the inclusion of people with disabilities. We see our members and residents as a community that is a valuable, social building block through mutual acceptance and appreciation.

To strengthen our team in the long term, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent
Technician (Construction) (m/f/d) for our technical department.

What you can expect from us:

Proactive coordination and management of construction projects, particularly new construction in publicly subsidized housing (renovation and conversion of existing properties)
Representation of the client
Conducting tenders for construction and planning
