    Administrative Assistant Position at Seattle Legal Services

    About the Company: Join our dynamic team at Seattle Legal Services, located in Seattle, WA, offering a hybrid work schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support a team of paralegals with various administrative tasks, including document scanning and organization, managing legal entity board member signatures, updating databases, and handling annual reports and license renewals.
    • Navigate and maintain entity management databases, organize electronic and physical files.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong typing skills, and familiarity with CSC entity management.
    • Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team preferred.
