- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries as needed.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external parties as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned to support the team and organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
