- 5+ years administrative experience, at least 2 supporting high-level leaders
- 3+ years experience managing multiple calendars and inboxes, with at least 1 year managing within Google Workspace

- Experience with cross-functional project management is a big plus
- 100% on-site in Seattle, WA

- Calendar Management: Maintain accurate executive Google calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate effectively

- Serve as Gatekeeper/ Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for leaders, manage HQ correspondence, and handle inquiries
- Act as Office Manager: Supervise office supplies, decor, and maintenance
- Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Model Company Values: Demonstrate core values in all interactions and decisions
- Plan and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange and document meetings as necessary
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing organizational events

- Administrative Experience: Minimum 5 years, supporting high-level leaders for at least 2 years
