    Job Summary: The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of various social service programs. This role involves strategic planning, staff supervision, program evaluation, and collaboration with community partners. The Program Director will ensure that all programs meet the needs of the community and align with the organization's mission and goals.

    1. Program Development and Management:
      • Design, implement, and oversee social service programs that address the needs of the community.
      • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
      • Create and update program documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
    2. Staff Supervision and Development:
      • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including case managers, counselors, and support personnel.
      • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for staff.
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    3. Program Evaluation and Reporting:
      • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and impact.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on program outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
      • Use data and feedback to continuously improve program services and operations.
    4. Community Engagement and Collaboration:
      • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders.
      • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
      • Advocate for the needs of the community and the organization's mission.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a social service setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. LMSW strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of social services principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform program evaluations.
    • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competence.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
