Cover letter
Curriculum Vitae
Summary of relevant experience working in industry in the microelectronics area
Statement of relevant teaching experience (two pages maximum)
Evidence of excellent instruction such as teaching evaluation reports, undergraduate engineering education teaching philosophy statement
Contact information for three references
