As a social enterprise from the heart of Berlin, our goal since 2015 has been to enable people with support needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and to relieve family caregivers.

For our mission, we are looking for reliable everyday helpers to accompany and care for people who need support with everyday tasks due to their age or health impairments.

Tasks:

Shopping and appointment accompaniment
Support with household tasks, personal care, and mobility
Provide companionship, cook together, and plan leisure activities

Qualifications:

You have a heart for people with support needs.
You are reliable and helpful.
You have a clean criminal record.
You have fluent German skills.
You are an EU citizen or have a permanent residence permit.
You have a smartphone for using our app.

Benefits:

Responsibility: Independent work and support from our team at all times for a meaningful task.
Security: An employment contract with a fixed wage of 13 to 15 euros per hour, as well as statutory vacation entitlement.
Availability: When selecting the people to support, we take into account your personal availability and proximity to your place of residence.
Education: We cover the costs of your statecertified elearning training as a basis for your everyday helper activities.
