Are you interested in manufacturing components from plastic and metal? During your apprenticeship, you will learn the theoretical and practical knowledge of precision injection molding machines and monitor production processes.


Training focuses:

  • Manufacturing of components from plastic and metal using specific processing methods
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of precision injection molding machines
  • Understanding the influence of various parameters such as pressure and temperature on different types of plastic used in processing
  • Conversion, control, programming, and maintenance of modern plastic processing machines
  • Monitoring of production processes
  • Monitoring and documenting process and product quality within the quality management system
  • Ensuring optimal machine utilization by troubleshooting
  • Maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment

Requirements:

  • Intermediate school leaving certificate
