Your Mission

As a Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you will support the management in all organizational and administrative matters.

One of the main tasks for the next 3-6 months will be setting up an office management system that introduces simple and scalable processes and self-service for Ory employees.

What to expect

  • You make our team events, conferences, and workshops unforgettable experiences
  • From erasers to custommade 6meter LED walls: you order everything we need and ensure that we can work efficiently
  • You maintain good relationships with suppliers and service providers and address issues in a friendly but firm manner
  • You ensure that everyone knows what was decided in an important meeting and ask for confirmation multiple times to ensure consistent implementation
  • You juggle with schedules and even find an affordable hotel room on a busy weekend like Oktoberfest
  • You have an overview of the finances: you always know what we have spent, if the invoice is correct, and if there is still money in the budget
  • You answer calls and emails directed to Ory or find someone who can respond to them
What you bring

  • You have professional experience as an executive assistant, office manager, team assistant, or office clerk
  • You are comfortable with not knowing what the day holds for you in the morning
  • You are good at organizing things and can juggle multiple tasks at once
  • You are not afraid of small tasks and are not intimidated by big ones, and you have high standards for quality
