Job Duties

Coordinate all activities programs with other departments.
Assess and document patients' abilities and participation in group activities

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of memory care programming with demonstrated experience in caring for residents with Dementia.
Must possess the physical ability to turn, bend and lift without restrictions.

Ability to read, write and communicate ideas.

Additional Considerations

Experience working in a longterm care or adult geriatric setting.
