Your responsibilities...

Processing, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
Obtaining necessary approvals from relevant departments
Posting of electronically scanned bank statements
Preparation and execution of electronic payments
Management and reconciliation of open items
Preparation of cost evaluations
Management and posting of cash transactions
Management and reimbursement of travel expenses for field staff

Your profile...

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. in the fields of accounting, taxes, and finance
Experience in accounts payable accounting
Good knowledge
