We're seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to be at the forefront of these efforts, someone who embodies our values of service, integrity, and excellence.

    Your Role

    As a Community Relations Coordinator, you'll be an ambassador of our firm and a key player in nurturing our presence and partnerships across various sectors. Here's what you'll be involved in:

    Community Relations & Marketing:

    • Representing our firm with pride and professionalism in community interactions.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local long-term care facilities and healthcare providers, sharing our service offerings.
    • Networking with professionals, such as Attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners, to extend our firm's reach.
    • Connecting with senior-focused communities, building trust and rapport.
    • Staying informed about local care options to serve as a knowledgeable resource.
    • Designing and conducting engaging presentations for both professionals and community members.
    • Making our presence known at conferences and expos, and excelling as a presenter for various groups.
    • Participating actively in professional meetings, striving to position our firm as a go-to resource.
    • Igniting innovative ideas to enhance referrals and elevate our brand recognition.

    Internal Marketing:

    • Coordinating and executing special events that celebrate our clients and partners.
    • Contributing to special projects with a creative and strategic mindset.
    • Leveraging your LinkedIn to bolster our firm's profile and network with professionals.
    • Managing and updating educational programs and maintaining association memberships.
    • Ensuring our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is carefully maintained.
    • Providing regular reports that track our marketing efforts and successes.

    Who You Are

    • A holder of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a post-graduate role
    • A vibrant and charismatic individual who thrives on organization, creativity, and self-motivation.
    • A connector at heart, relishing in the opportunity to work with diverse professionals.
    • An excellent time manager who's a self-starter, ready to take initiative.
    • Knowledgeable of the healthcare industry in the Atlanta area.
    • Someone with reliable transportation, as a personal vehicle is required.
