Your Profile:


  • You have a pedagogical education, for example as a staterecognized educator, or a completed degree in early childhood education or social work
  • You have a strong knowledge of the Bavarian education and upbringing plan
  • You have extensive professional experience in working with infants or kindergartenaged children and the daily tasks of a daycare center
  • You are a skilled communicator and able to lead an intercultural team
  • You are selfmotivated and have a strong ability to make decisions and take initiative
  • You have excellent German skills and ideally also English skills

Your Responsibilities:


  • Leading the entire team, including conducting employee meetings and creating an open work environment
  • Managing vacation and work schedules
  • Conducting parent meetings and organizing events, parent evenings, and open house days
  • Implementing the conceptual work
  • Organizing projects, outings, and regular team meetings
  • Regular presence in the groups
