Your new role:

The CJD Homburg/Saar non-profit GmbH is a social enterprise that offers a wide range of training, education, and service programs based on the Christian view of humanity.

Since 1979, we have been training young people with disabilities in our vocational training center. Our focus is on disabilities in the areas of physical limitations, mental illnesses, and learning disabilities.

In addition to vocational training, we place special emphasis on personal development, particularly through the promotion of sports and health education, as well as artistic, political, and religious education.

Rehabilitation and prevention have been firmly established in our vocational training center for over 30 years.

In our own health center, AQVITAL, our trainees, employees, and external customers have the opportunity to train and exchange ideas.

Responsibilities:

Supervising young people
Supervising clients
Developing and implementing sports and nutrition programs
Participating in and organizing events
Working in networks
Administrative tasks
Conducting courses (e.g. rehabilitation sports, abs and legs, aqua gymnastics, licenses are advantageous)
Participating in internal and external training and further education opportunities
Work priorities are determined together as a team

Qualifications and requirements:

Enjoy working with young people with physical, learning, and/or mental disabilities
High level of initiative, willingness to perform, social competence, and teamwork
Independent and responsible work style
