    Description
    • Extremely detail oriented and ability to track tasks from intake to completion
    • Strong familiarity with Audio/Video and Conferencing hardware, Physical setup of equipment, Troubleshooting equipment downtime or failures.
    • Task management skills. Take in incidents and support requests, document and track tasks in a consistent manner to be consumed by multiple levels of interest, document and communicate blockers, and collaborate to identify methods of overcoming blockers.
    • Technical writing skills to document process and instructional guides.
    • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (or equivalent), submission of bugs and task. Coherently describing steps followed, observations from the execution of those steps, and blockers
    • Strong communication skills and ability to speak to multiple levels of knowledge (Developer --> End User). Comfort in communicating with Client FTEs in a professional manner
    • Slight to moderate familiarity with PowerShell or any other Scripting / automation.
    • Experience using administrative monitoring and management platforms.
