- Focus on HCM Reporting both with Workday and externally.
- Lead upgrades, testing, and enhancement of systems with a focus on process improvement.
- Collaborate with peers to identify key issues, projects, and drive change management.
- Recommend strategies to meet HR functional requirements through process improvements.
- Identify and remediate data deficiencies while assisting employees outside HR Operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in HCM modules and HR data reporting.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or Business with a technical background.
- SQL experience.
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Ability to work on-site in Norwalk, CT on a Hybrid schedule.

Reporting directly to the Director of Global HR Operations, as the Workday HCM Manager, you will play a key role in managing HCM and specialty dashboard reporting for the senior leadership team. You will collaborate across all business units worldwide, serving as a reliable resource on all reporting matters, introducing new features/products, and guiding the future vision of reporting and HR business analytics.
