- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's automotive customer base and increase revenue.
- Utilize PLEX CRM to manage client accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PLEX ERP or similar CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working in the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Certification in Sales or Customer Relationship Management.
