    Currently we are seeking to hire a

    Sales Supervisor

    for the Icebox Boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami, Florida. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. In our boutiques, the

    Sales Supervisor

    displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience.
    The salary is $65,000/year + Bonus

    Responsibilities:
    Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewelry merchandise in a Luxury Brand environment
    Meet/exceed personal and boutique's monthly and annual sales goals and CRM goals
    Ability to create a strategic schedule for the boutiques location
    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with an understanding customer's needs
    Maintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
    Develop successful CRM by capturing clients information
    Handle each customer transaction professionally, efficiently and accurately
    Navigate POS systems and ability to process a sale
    Resolve customer

    inquiries/complaints
    Assist in updating our newest offerings in our social media channels
    Exceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the position

    Standard Hours of Operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:30am to 9:30pm and Sunday from 11:30am to 7:30pm
