SUMMARY
The Replenishment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the replenishment team performance and replenishment across the company. Ensuring the team is suggesting comprehensive replenishments to meet company inventory and revenue targets. Overseeing the sales order process and suggesting improvements to meet accurate forecasts and demands. Ensure the team is processing return orders and discrepancy claims in a timely manner. Manage replenishment schedule and communicate with the warehouse on any rush orders.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the replenishment team.
  • Align, drive, and execute category strategies and priorities to meet store inventory and revenue targets.
  • Analyze and validate customer price lists with category analysts to ensure margin is correct.
  • Review monthly margins by the customer and drive corrections.
  • Drive allocation and replacement changes to secure proper distribution of stock.
  • Manage all replenishment reporting.
  • Oversee the team's suggested order calculation and adjust the calculation to meet future targets, seasonality, and special events.
  • Validate, execute, and maintain replenishment reports and suggested replenishment.
  • Solve replenishment report inaccuracy issue.
  • Manage assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain open communication with store GMs and Category teams to understand store needs and execute effectively.
  • Expertleveled knowledge of the ERP System
  • Drive ability to solve and assist team members with ERP system issues.
  • Manage and approve order values versus shipping expenses to drive profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX a plus)
  • Physical requirements include manual dexterity, ability to communicate orally and in writing, and ability to use a computer.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to sit most of the time, walking and standing occasionally.
  • Utilize memory for details, ability to concentrate, ability to understand and process verbal instructions.
