    Description

    Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager position in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will participate in the design, production, and construction phases of projects from inception through completion and be responsible for the projects successful execution for a firm specializing in multi-family and mixed-use projects. This is a hybrid work-from-home position. You must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the United States to be considered.

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar

    8+ years of Architectural design experience

    Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development

    Experience in multifamily, mixed-use and/or student housing construction

    Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, or similar design applications

    Registered Architect license preferred

    Responsibilities:

    Manage team members and all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.

    Prepare strategic plans for project success.

    Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

    Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the clients satisfaction.

    Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.

    Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.

    Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

    Pay and Wages: $95,000 - $105,000 annual salary depending on education and experience
