    Description

    We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at Executive Alliance!

    As a Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.
    • Ensuring products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.
    • Supporting product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
    • Identifying root causes of problems in the production process; recommending and/or implementing corrective measures.
    • Analyzing data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience with root cause-corrective action investigation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Extensive knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the organization's production processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Knowledge about First Article Inspection Reports per AS 9102.
    • Material Review Board experience.
    • Quality certifications - CQE, CQA, or similar.
    • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering.
    • 2+ years in Quality Engineering, aerospace, or other regulated industry.

    Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000
