LAV Event Technology GmbH is a young company in the Berlin event industry that has specialized in planning, equipping, and managing events during the pandemic.

As a socially responsible training company, we prioritize sustainability in our business operations. We bring together diverse backgrounds from the event world and are looking to expand our team. To grow our talent pool, we are seeking an Event Manager for project management and logistics in Wilmot, OH.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, execution, and followup of events
  • Evaluation and project controlling of productions
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Creation of proposals and participation in bidding processes
  • Communication with clients, venues, and agencies
  • Material and personnel logistics, tour planning

Qualifications:

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial role
  • Experience in managing employees and freelancers
  • Ability to independently manage projects
  • Reliability, initiative, willingness to travel and work flexible hours
