Responsibilities we entrust to you in Onaway, ID:

  • You will assist in managing day-to-day operations and keep an eye on key business metrics.
  • You will optimize and design sales areas, present current assortments, and organize salespromoting measures.
  • With joy and passion, you will lead and motivate your team and support in personnel planning.
  • You will work according to the quality guidelines of EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal requirements.

Do you see yourself in this role?:

  • You have a background in retail (e.g. trained as a retail merchant) and have completed additional training (e.g. retail specialist).
  • You have a business mindset, analytical understanding, and organizational skills.
  • You communicate transparently, lead with empathy, and make decisions independently.
  • Ideally, you have a training certificate and a certificate for overthecounter medicines.

Your working hours and location:


  • Fulltime
  • In rotating shifts within the market's opening hours
  • The assignment will be in one of our markets in 26160 Bad Zwischenahn, Reihdamm 10 or in 26188 Edewecht, Bahnhofstr. 16
