    Join our exceptional team as a Revenue Cycle Specialist:
    • Manage full revenue cycle billing for medical claims to ensure accurate reimbursement.
    • Tackle pending, rejected, or denied insurance claims through re-submissions and appeals to optimize collections.
    • Ensure timely and precise payment postings from various payers.
    • Engage with patients to address outstanding balances, billing inquiries, and establish payment arrangements when needed.
    • Oversee insurance accounts receivable follow-ups and resolve billing discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims and billing discrepancies swiftly.
    • Identify trends and implement corrective measures to enhance revenue cycle management.
    • Provide insights on product/technology/service enhancements.
    • Lead operational efficiency projects assigned by the Health Plan Operations Director.
    Key indicators of success in this role:

    Qualifications we are looking for:
    • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare role.
    • Background in behavioral health services.
    • Adaptability to evolving job roles and environments.
    • Proficiency in leveraging new technologies and platforms efficiently.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
    This position offers a base salary range of $62,500 - $77,250, with additional benefits including stock options.
