- Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions
- Sales revenue management and forecasting to ensure revenue targets are met
- Build initiatives for establishing a brand and network identity
- Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and annual sales reports
- Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze and tailor business development tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with educational venues and internal training resources to create content consistent with sales and marketing objectives
- Refining the value proposition of products and services
- Launching creative campaigns
- Monitoring ROI/impact of activities
- Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders of the Network
- Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) requested not required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or marketing with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales industry including CRM and Marketing Automation, including digital tools and techniques.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics and Adobe.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
