(founded in 1994, with approximately 550 members) operates three independent schools and a children's house in Rayville, LA, where the principles of Maria Montessori are implemented.

The foundation of Montessori education is the effort to support independent and responsible learning, as well as the development of each individual's personality.

Our schools work inclusively and with mixed age groups. Inclusive support is integrated into the educational work of our schools.

We are currently seeking a dedicated educational assistant for our primary school, starting immediately. This position is expected to be temporary until July 31, 2024, as a parental leave replacement.


Ideally, you have:
- a state-recognized degree in the field of education or nursing
- experience working with inclusively educated children
- enthusiasm for the pedagogy of Maria Montessori
- teamwork skills and a strong work ethic
- a Montessori diploma
