    About The Role:


    As our Director, Provider Solutions, you'll be responsible for leading a team of developers to build customer-facing applications, primarily on mobile devices.

    To lead and develop a team of 15 engineers in multiple geographies for building engaging mobile applications (iOS, Android) and some server side components.

    To enable the team's growth and operations such as hiring, compensation, goals and objectives, performance evaluation, and career development.

    To become a thought partner with the Product team to understand the end users and their healthcare specialties and use cases to effectively represent user needs within the engineering organization.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of experience in leading development teams of similar size
    5+ years of experience in mobile technologies
    Experience with HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI data
    Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards as well as with Healthcare workflows
    Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field experience

    Excellent understanding of native iOS and Android Application Framework
    Experience with variety of mobile device: phones, tablets, wearables
    Experience with Public Clouds (AWS, GCP)
    Up-to-date knowledge of the Mobile App Development lifecycle and its constraints
    Full understanding of the mobile application deployment process from IDE to App Store Submission
    Experience in SDK Development and integration
    Able and willing to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
    Able to achieve outcomes in a matrixed environment. Ability to influence without authority.
    Understanding of cybersecurity methodology such as threat modeling, security risk analysis, vulnerability management
    Proven experience in software development and design
    Ability to provide feedback about design patterns, code architecture, and algorithms
    $175,000 - $300,000 a year

    Salary range is listed above. There are several factors that determine final pay for a position including location and experience. Total compensation will typically include salary + performance bonus + equity.
